How to Add a Resident

The Luxer One Building Manager Software allows you an easy way to manage your residents.  This article will walk you through the steps to add a new resident without needing to reach out to Luxer One Customer Service.

Step 1 - Log into your  Building Manager web portal.
Step 2 - Navigate to the Recipients tab


Step 3 - On the right side of the screen, you will see a section to add a new resident.


Step 4 - Enter the new resident's information
  1. First Name
  2. Last Name
  3. Email address
  4. Phone number
  5. Address (will default)
  6. Unit #
  7. If you would like the resident to receive the Welcome Email, leave the Welcome Email checked.
  8. Click "Add Recipient" button.
