Can an employee have a different Sell Rate for different Divisions?

Yes - if an employee is allocated to multiple divisions and the Sell Rate is different for each Division, then the Divisional Employee Rates box needs to be ticked. This will mean you will enter the Sell Rate for the employee at the Divisional level rather than the All Divisions level.

If it is not ticked, the Sell Rate for the employee will be the same for All Divisions, meaning it can be updated at either the Divisional or All Divisions level.

How can I setup different Sell Rates?

You can apply a default rate at either the Organisational or Divisional level.  A Default Rate means that any new employee will be assigned this rate but it is possible to change the Sell Rate against the employee. If it was a Fixed Rate, the user cannot change the employee's hourly rate.

How do I include Contractor Hours in the Overhead Recovery?

If you have added Contractors that are "direct" (ie chargeable), they will be included in the Capacity Summary. Under Analysis, the Unit Cost calculates the Overhead cost per hour for the organisation by dividing the cost by the total billable hours. Tick this box if you would like contractors included in the total billable hours.
