How to create user in Magnifi

Managing Users

The process you follow to add a user will depend on whether you are adding a user to a single organisation (eg business owner) or adding a user within an Advisory firm who will have access to multiple organisations. 

How do I add a user for a specific organisation?

Go to the organisation drop down at the top of the page and select "Users".


Enter details and select the User Type as either;
  1. Accountant; Full permission
  2. Custom; This will allow you to customise the user permission based on the following selection;


If you tick the Employee box, it will also add the user as an Employee within Labour Drivers - Overview.

How do I add a user for multiple organisations?

If you are an Advisor and would like to add other Advisors who can access multiple organisations you do the following;
  1. When you login to Magnifi, click on the menu item "Users" and "Create User". 
  2. Enter user details and select "User Type" as 'Advisor'



The User Type "System Administrator" has access to all organisations and also manages the subscription. 

Note that the users will have access to ALL organisations with full permissions. To restrict user access you will need to create a password against the file.

How do I re-invite a user?     

If a user has misplaced their login details, you can re-invite them by selecting "reset password".



This will send the user an email with their login details. A user can user the login code provided or their email address to login. 

How do I change my Password?

You can change your password under Settings - My Password.
