Are exhibitor passes included with the exhibit space fee?

There are NO Exhibitor/Sponsor passes included with the exhibit space fee.

Everyone working in your booth must have an Exhibitor/Sponsor pass. We permanently discount select Exhibitor/Sponsor passes (30% off*). Keep in mind that the passes include the following:
  1. Full passes include a full breakfast and lunch for each day, and day-only passes include the same for that specific day. And with the addition of unlimited coffee/tea throughout the day, snacks, and free hors d'oeuvres at the evening receptions, we feed you well.
  2. Every attendee receives a free PDF of the 2024 International Mass Timber Report.
  3. Full access to the educational panels and general sessions.
  4. Remember that anyone in your company is eligible for a discounted Exhibitor/Sponsor pass even if they're not working in your booth. 
Have your team members select the "Exhibitor & Sponsors" option in the "Registration Type" dropdown on the registration form (as shown in the graphic below). 

GROUP DISCOUNT: Save an additional 10% off select Full and 1-Day passes* when you register 3 or more people from the same company at the same time. See this very quick tutorial on how to get a group discount.

*Gov/Nonprofit/Edu and Student passes are not eligible for the group discount, as described below.
