How do I remove a user's manager privileges?

Managers in METALFORM EDU can add new users to the organization's account, assign licenses to users, enroll users in courses and run reports on user and course progress. Each organization's current manager list consists of people whom another manager assigned this role in the existing and previous METALFORMEDU platforms, as well as any users who were part of your organization's pma.org account as a manager (not limited to HR managers).

Follow the instructions below to remove this role from users who have been previously assigned it.
  1. Log in to the system (https://pma.metalformedu.org/login/index.php).
  2. Click License Management  in the left nav. The Licenses page displays.
  3. Click the Users tab. The Manage Users page displays.

  4. Click the  button. The Assign Managers to "Your Organization Name" page displays.


  5. In the Manage column, click the Delete  icon next to the user you wish to whom you wish to remove manager capabilities. The system you prompt you to confirm the removal. Please note that you will not be deleting the user from the system, just as a manager in your organization.
  6. Click OK. The user's managerial role will be removed. Note that you can always choose to reinstate this user as a manager by following the instructions here.
  7. Repeat for any additional users.
