Calendar features - add, edit, or delete a meeting or series of meetings

A. Add a new meeting or series of meetings to an existing group.
*Note: The ability to add/edit/delete group details depends upon your user permission level.
See your Administrator if you need a different user permission level.


1. Click on the Grow Groups button on the home page.


2a. From the Overview page, double-click on the group you want to edit.
  b. You will notice the left navigation bar has now moved from Overview to Groups. The  
       calendar icon in the top right corner of the screen has become enabled (black).
       

       Click the calendar icon in the top right corner of the screen. 



3. From the Calendar page, double-click on the date you want your meeting to start. 



4a. A Schedule Meeting window will open, with the date you selected listed as the start date.
  b. From the top drop-down menu, select the group you just set up.


5a. Next select the frequency of the meetings. Once you select any time frame except Never
      (the default selection), a couple of additional fields are displayed allowing you to set repeat
      frequency and the number of occurrences or end date.
      b. After making your selections, click Save. Note: Depending upon your screen size,
          you may need to scroll down to see the Save button.


6. Your new meeting occurrences will now be displayed on the Calendar view.




B. Edit a meeting or series of meetings.
*Note: The ability to add/edit/delete group details depends upon your user permission level.

1. Click on the Grow Groups button on the home page.


2a. From the left navigation, click on Calendar. This provides a high-level overview of all meetings
      scheduled for current Grow groups.
      Our Calendar feature in the Grow module has been designed to enable you to view, edit, add, and
      delete Groups, Members and set up recurring group meetings all from one page (based on your
      permission level).
   b. The default view can be filtered by selecting a specific group, or group type from the top left drop-down menu.

   c. The calendar will display the current month as the default view. To view a different Day/Week/Month, click on desired
        time frame at the top right of the screen.



3a.  To view or edit details for a specific meeting, double-click on the meeting title in the Calendar.

  b.  From the Edit Meeting light box (and based on your assigned user permission level), you can edit any field.
  c. Click Save to retain your changes.


C. Delete a meeting or series of meetings.

1. Click on the Grow Groups button on the home page.


2. From the left navigation, click on Calendar.
3a. Select an occurrence of the meeting or series of meetings you want to delete from the calendar.
  b. If the meeting is not easily located, enter the first few characters in the Group Type
      drop-down at the top left corner of the page.


4. If selecting the meeting to delete from the calendar, hover over the selected date until
     an X appears in the corner of the date. Click the X.


5a. A Delete Meetings window will open. In this case, the meeting to be deleted is
      a recurring meeting, so you need to select exactly which occurrences you would
      like to delete:
  1. This meeting -  DELETES ONLY THIS OCCURRENCE
  2. This and following meetings -  DELETES THIS OCCURRENCE AND ANY FUTURE OCCURRENCES
  3. All meetings - DELETES ALL OCCURRENCES: PAST PRESENT AND FUTURE
   b. Once you have selected, click the Delete button.


6. This selected meeting is now deleted from the calendar.
