Customize retreat registration form

1.  Login and click on the Encounter Sessions/Retreats button.

2a. Select the Retreats tab to view all retreats.

2b. Select the desired Retreat.

3. In the lower right portion of the Retreat Session Overview screen, click on Customize Registration form icon 

4. Select the options in the next two graphics below to display the Items on the Retreat Participation form.

    a. For example, When the Child Care Request is enabled (blue), it will display on the Registration form.

    b. When the Child Care Request is disabled (gray), it will not display on the Registration form.

    c. You can also indicate if a displayed field is required or not required (as shown).

    d.  Click Update to save the changes to the registration form.
