New Features

      Application-Wide
  1. Permissions: Existing Mission Suite user permissions have been modified and expanded to protect sensitive information -  such as profile data, payments, and communications - and functionality. Permissions are structured to reflect the needs of volunteer and staff roles. A summary of user permissions is available within Mission Suite Settings on the Manage Users page.
  1. Permissions - Pastoral Notes Access:  Admins now have the ability to grant "Pastoral Notes Access" to Mission Suite users. Granting this permission enables the user to see profile notes marked as viewable to users with Pastoral Notes Access.
  1. Profiles: Profile has been moved from the existing dialog to a profile page with major enhancements to improve our users' experience and interface.


Enhancements
Forms Module 

  1. Spanish language translation: Enable form respondents to view a form in English and/or Spanish, and determine which language will be the default language for a given form. Language translation settings are now available within the Settings tab of form builder.

  2. Form fields: The following legacy fields are now available as default questions within form builder: "Seat Me With" and "Childcare Request". Enable questions on the Designer tab of form builder to display these questions on a form.

  3. Payments: Forms that have payments associated with them are no longer able to be deleted. On the Payment page, payment amounts now displays minus any refunds.


Profile Page
  1. Notes: General improvements to the Notes interface to make permissions and profile associations more clear.
  2. Notes - Pastoral Notes Permissions: When creating a new profile note, users can opt to make the note visible to: Admins, Grow Group Leaders, Encounter Volunteers and users with Pastoral Notes Access. By default, a note is only visible to the Mission Suite user who created it.

Grow Module
  1. Grow Calendar: Users now have the ability to quickly add all group members to a calendar event for that group.

Other Recent Enhancements to Forms Module
  1. Payments - Recommended Fee / Suggested Donation: Previously, online payments could be accepted via Stripe for a fixed fee. Now accept payments for a recommended fee/suggested donation. Available within the Settings tab of form builder.
    1. A minimum recommended fee/suggested donation can be required, or optional.
    2. Form respondents will have the ability to pay/donate any amount, or an amount within the minimum and maximum range you define.
