Search the Knowledge Base

A great feature of the Mission Pathways Knowledge Base is the ease of locating information.
The search function will search on a word or phrase and display all items containing that word
or phrase.

1. After you login, there is a search window right on the home page. Enter a word or phrase to identify
   what you are searching for. The results will populate in real time. This is a great tool if you need
   instructions or more information for a specific feature in the application.
2, In the example below, typing "add participant" identifies several items in the Knowledge Base
    with this phrase. These items can be training videos, system update documentation, etc. The system
    searches all categories in the Knowledge Base.


3. Select the item which best describes what you were searching for and you will be taken directly
    to that video or documentation.


4. The default is set to search just the Knowledge Base. If you would like to search another section
     or all sections in the Help Center:
     a. Click the orange arrow next to the magnifying glass in the far right of the search window;
     b. Make your selection. Your search results will be updated.
