Session participant and volunteer detail reports (Encounter only)

1. Login and click on the Encounter Sessions/Retreats button.
   

2. Select the desired session from the Overview page by clicking it ONCE. A blue line will appear around the session you have selected. Click the view reports icon 
NOTE: You can also run reports on any retreat, by selecting the Retreat tab at the top of the Overview window.


3a. Next, select the desired item(s) you require in a report.
  b.Click the Generate Reports button NOTE: Your final selection(s) will output as a single pdf file.


4. Your report will be displayed. NOTE: If you have a pop-up blocker, you may need to disable it in order to view and save the report.
