This feature was requested by one of our users and it has improved the overall functionality of our application.
Why would you want to use the same registration form for multiple sessions or retreats? There are numerous reasons, such as:
- Your parish hosts more than one session of the same kind (e.g. Alpha® or ChristLife™) that don't require unique registration forms.
- One registration form for multiple sessions also gives participants an at-a-glance view of all sessions available. Participants can select the session that best fits their schedule, or plan to attend with another person.
- A single registration form simplifies the management and registration of multiple sessions; freeing you up to build relationships with people; not juggle multiple registration forms.

Disconnecting sessions and/or retreats
You may need to disconnect sessions if a connected session requires a unique registration form or the session is canceled.
The example below illustrates how to disconnect the session that was connected above.
1. Log in to the application and select the Encounter Sessions and Retreats icon.
2a. Select the desired session from the overview page by double-clicking it. Retreats can also be selected by clicking on the Retreats tab at the top of the page.
3. From the session overview page, select the Disconnect from Other Session link.
4. A confirmation screen will appear. A note explains what disconnecting these sessions will mean regarding the registration forms for each session. If you would still like to disconnect this session from the other, click Disconnect. If you do not want to disconnect the session, simply click the X at the top right of the window.
