How to add a new terminal into TMS via the Site Planner


Adding terminals into the TMS via the Site Planner


To add a New Terminal in Site planner


  1. Enter TMS
  2. Select the “Launch Tab” and enter “Site Planner”
  3. click on the Terminal icon on the screen (in Site Planner)
  4. left click on area on the page
  5. then it will prompt you with a new screen like below




  1. Complete all the details in the Terminal Details windows above.

NOTE: Newer versions may have additional field. Check with support if you are unsure what value to set.

  1. Location: Enter the location of the clock 
  2. Clock Type: keep as ordinary clock
  3. Enter the IP Address
  4. Configuration file: change to what type of clock it is


















  1. Then Press Ok
  2. When all the Terminal details are completed. Tick the Active Button (ONLY IF THE TERMINAL IS READY TO BE USED) if not wait until terminal is fully setup onsite then tick the active option.
