An update and an expansion to the Pro Rata functionality including support for paying salaried employees portions of their normal salary in situations where they do not work their normal working patterns. Pensions now also have the option to allow Pro rata functionality with new starters and leavers. Pay groups can also be set so that the Pro rata calculation automatically excludes periods where statutory payments affect the Employee. Mid period pay rises now works with variable hourly or daily working patterns if used in conjunction with the daily hours record feature.
This new feature allows you to enter worked/rostered time for the Employee to generate an accurate representation of their working pattern for the purposes of Pro rata payments.
A new setting has been added to the RTI submission tab of the Company details window which allows you to selectively enable HMRC messages for specific Companies.
There is a new option to make it easier for Flexipay to predict the pay date for a Pay group in this version of Flexipay. This will automatically be applied to your existing Pay groups by the upgrade if the date rules have previously been set up correctly.
