Logging on: the Help button

On the TMS login page a Help option is available in the bottom right-hand corner:

Clicking on Help opens support information in the same browser tab or window. For example:

  • Forgotten password -- information on who to contact if you are having trouble logging in
  • Support site -- external link to the Mitrefinch support page where you can access further information and also contact Mitrefinch if further assistance is needed
  • Version -- the version of TMS you are currently using. For the previous example, TMS v 8.05.1 was used when taking the screenshot

Note: the theme and information available to you can be defined by your system administrator so your help page may look different from the examples shown here.

Click Close in the left-hand pane to return to the TMS login page.
