Message responses

A Supervisor can view additional information about a message, view the recipient list and find out their responses to the message using this page.

Click on the information of the message under the Sent or Message column to open the Message responses page. For example:

The page contains information about the sent message in the top half and a list of recipients who received the message is available in the bottom half. If the option to include a response was available in the message, the recipient(s) responses and date/time of their response will be available next to their name or Employee ID. In the above example, four Employees responded with 'Yes', two responded with 'No' and two have yet to respond.

A sent message will be automatically closed when all recipients have responded to it, or it reaches its expiry time. Until a message is closed all recipients can modify their response using the Employee messages page in Employee functions, once it is marked as complete their responses are fixed.

The message can be closed to responses at any time by using the  Mark as complete  button to change the Status of the message from 'Sent' to 'Complete'. Once a message has been marked as complete, Employees will be unable to respond to the message.
