IR35 Working rules

Flexipay now offers the option to mark an employee as an off-payroll worker.

 

In the Employee details window for the desired employee, in the Main tab, locate the Off payroll worker field, and use the drop-down menu to change the entry to Y:





The Pay check report will show errors if an off payroll worker has any statutory payments, SSP, student loan, postgraduate loan etc. These workers should not have these in your payroll.
