Terminal Actions

The Terminal Actions page shows a list of actions scheduled for sending to web terminals.




Seven columns appear for each action.


  • Message date: date and time of the action.
  • Ref: reference ID of the terminal receiving the action.
  • Location: location of the terminal receiving the action.
  • Action: description of the action (the Job type).
  • Status: the status. The possible Statuses are as follows:
    • Perform Once - perform the action once, then immediately set to Complete.

    • Waiting - The default value. Changes to Sent when the action is sent to the terminal, and Complete once the action is successfully received and acknowledged.

    • Sent - the action has been sent to the terminal.

    • Complete - the action is complete. The system may delete completed actions automatically depending on Preferences.

  • Sent count: number of times the action has been sent to a terminal.
  • Completed at: the date and time of the action completion (if applicable).


Returned data


Some actions will return data from the terminal. Select a completed action to view any returned data.




Clear pending actions

To cancel all pending actions, select Clear pending actions.
