TMS 8 8.34.0.1 Release Report

NoteTMS 8.34.0.0 has been withdrawn, and instead has been replaced by version 8.34.0.1.

This version of TMS 8 introduces the following new features:

  1. Changes to automated Jobs in the Data Assurance module
    The Data Assurance module no longer automatically creates a daily Job for the Processor to delete Employees who have reached their Deletion date.

    Note
    : There are some important changes to the Data assurance module in this release that may require urgent action to those that use it. Please refer to the release documentation for more information.
  1. EHRIMPORT - Importing custom absences now available
    The Absence import via SQL now supports Absences that are neither days or half days and have a custom length.

  2. Support password expiry for Employees
    The password expiry feature has now been expanded to include Employees - previously, this feature was only available for Supervisors.

Important note: If you use the Data Assurance module, please read this guide to ensure you are not affected by the issue that has been identified (DevOps ID 24757 in the table below).

TMS Processor will no longer automatically delete users that have reached their DADELETIONDATE when there is no regular repeating job setup to delete them. It is recommended that customers who use Data Assurance feature ensure they have a suitable job running on their processor
