Changing Password in Microsoft 365

Change your Microsoft 365 for business password to keep your account secure.
  1. Sign in to office.com/signin with your work or school account.
  2. Go to Settings Password.
  3. Enter your old password.
  4. Create a new password and confirm it.
  5. Select Submit to finish and change your password.

Important: Your organization determines character requirements and how frequently you need to change your password. If you do not see the option to change your password, your organization is blocking you from changing it. Contact your admin for more information.
