Send a Dedicated Email, All about the App.

As the final step of your 4-part promotion, you'll want to create a new League Lab template email. This email should be sent 3-5 days after your Info/Welcome "Pre-League" email.

Copy and paste the following text into your new League Lab template.  Save the template as "App Email" or something easy to remember.

Subject:
[FirstName], Are you using the Xoso app?

Body:

Hey "[TeamName]",

Have you tried the Xoso app yet? You could be missing out on team conversations taking place in the app.  Some of your teammates are probably chatting and you'll have no idea if you don't have the app. The only way to see what teammates are saying in the app, is to download the free app and login!

Here's the link to download, and some of the current app features: http://www.xososports.com/page/app

App Features:

- Team Chat (independent from the team email, but better!)
- Game Reminders
- Leave feedback about our game officials and your opponents after your game
- RSVP for games
- View your schedules and standings
- View Xoso Discounts around Sacramento
- Get Rainout Alerts and other notifications instantly!

- On multiple teams? See ALL your team schedules/standings/chat in one place

We know many of you are already using it, but it will be even better if your whole team is using it! If you haven't downloaded it yet, give it a try and please let us know if you have any issues so we can fix them asap.

Thanks!

Warning! Edit the bold text above to your club and the link to your club's "Get the App" page.
