OverDrive - Invoicing

OverDrive - Invoicing

Your library's annual MontanaLibrary2Go invoice will be accessible to the person who is assigned invoicing authority in OverDrive Marketplace. State Library staff assign invoicing to the library director unless otherwise instructed.

Invoicing Account Settings

To confirm whether you are set up to receive your library's invoice, please follow these steps:

Log in to OverDrive Marketplace.

If you are assigned invoicing authority, you will see "Invoicing" in the blue task bar. Otherwise, this option will not appear. If you do not see this option in your task bar, or if you are the director and wish to assign invoicing to another staff person, please open a Statewide Projects ticket in Zoho.

Select "View invoices" from the Invoicing drop-down menu.

On the "View Invoices" page, make sure that you are assigned the correct billing account. If you do not see the correct library in this menu, or if you are assigned to another library's billing account, please open a Statewide Projects ticket in Zoho.

You will only see this drop down if your organization has multiple invoicing accounts.  For example a main library and branches.  Where it may be possible for the main library to have the branch libraries listed.  if that isn't your situation you likely will not see this option.

Accessing your Invoice

When you have been notified that your invoice is ready, you can return to this page and scroll down to review your billing details and access the invoice using the hyperlink beneath "Invoice Number."

On the invoice page, select "Save PDF" to download your invoice.

Accessing Previous Invoices

You can also retrieve record of your paid invoices from the "View Invoices" page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Search invoices."

The Report Options window will pop up. You may select a date range or leave this blank to search all invoices. To review paid invoices, clear out the "Unpaid" and "Partially Unpaid" tags in the "Payment Status" box and select "Paid" from the menu. You may also enter a specific invoice number if you have this information. Select "Update."

This report will generate all previously paid invoices. You can download these as PDFs following the same instructions described under the "Accessing your Invoice" section in this article.

Please open a Statewide Projects ticket in Zoho if you have any questions about your library's account or invoices. We are happy to help!
