72-Hour DOA Warranty | Dead-on-arrival (DOA) merchandise only. Please report DOA items to our support team within 72 hours of receiving your package. |

What to do if your vape device is not functioning properly
We are happy to try to assist in troubleshooting your vape problems. A large majority of the time our support team can find a solution and your vape device will be ok.
Sometimes your vape device will stop working after 72 hours but while the device is still under the manufacturers' warranty.
