Release Notes: Version 1.4.2

This release occurred on March 13, 2022 and included the following customer requests and bug fixes:\

  • We added the following fields based on requests from customers:
    • Payment Amount excl. Taxes (Time Only) - Can be found under the Payments category, Payments sub-category.
    • Payment Amount excl. Taxes (Expenses Only) - Can be found under the Payments category, Payments sub-category.
    • Tax Percentage of Bill - Can be found under the Payments category, Bill Calculations sub-category.
    • Payment Percentage of Total Bill - Can be found under the Payments category, Payments sub-category.
    • Billed Time Collected - Can be found under the Payments category, Bill Calculations sub-category.
    • Billed Time Collected excl. Taxes - Can be found under the Payments category, Bill Calculations sub-category
  • We have updated the following Delivered Reports to include the new Billed Time Collected field.  No more exporting to Excel to get the final numbers, just look at the subtotals!
    • Fee Allocation Report by Matter
    • Fee Allocation Report by Timekeeper
  • We have added the following Delivered Reports under the Collections category:
    • Fee Allocation Report excl. Taxes by Matter
    • Fee Allocation Report excl. Taxes by Timekeeper
  • We have updated our subscription information from Stripe in order to better track subscription renewal times.  
  • We have corrected a bug that would cause an export from the Payment Report Type to have unexpected information when Grouped By a field that was not the first column in the spreadsheet.  Grouped reports will now export properly regardless of the column order.
  • We have updated our Preview screens to correct an issue with the Window when expanding and contracting rows.  The window will now reshape based on the rows that are expanded.
