My Notio is 100% charged and the application recognizes the device. No parameters have been changed such as the sensors or the position of the Notio on the bike. However, the Notio has stopped working. From the ride screen, I press the GO button but nothing happens?!
Diagnosis: The memory of your Notio is probably at its full capacity. It is therefore impossible to save more data. You will need to format the memory before you can continue collecting.
To do this, turn on your device -> Log in to the application -> Pair your Notio. On the Notio pairing screen, wait until information such as battery charge level, firmware version and percentage of memory usage are displayed. Then click on Format.
Note: Before formatting the memory, make sure that ALL the information in your Notio is synchronized with your Cloud.
Once memory formatting is complete, you will be able to make the Notio works again.
