Recertification Application: How to Withdraw Application

If you need to make corrections to education, add an agency or change your agency you can withdraw your recertification. However, please be aware you will need to resubmit a completed recertification application in order to renew successfully. If you do not resubmit an application your National Certification will expire.  Please see the attached quick guide for how to withdraw your recertification application.
