Recertification Expiration Dates

Your initial recertification expiration date is based on when you gain national certification. The information is outlined in the table below. Expiration dates cannot be changed to match state license renewal cycles.

For EMR is it September 30
For EMT, AEMT or Paramedic it is March 31 

January – June

2 years in the future

July- December

3 years in the future
