ISTAP/ISTAD - Can't connect to BMW F series
Suggested fix for BMW F
series using the certified ENET cable
Make sure your laptop battery is above %70.
-Make sure you BMW battery is fully charged, hooked up to
a float charger or the engine is running.
Check your NIC settings and VCI settings, here is how:

top task bar of Rheingold ISTA/D and set the VCI settings as following:
