How to Capture Signatures

Capturing signatures for tows is available through the Omadi app. Signatures are available when recording a payment. To capture a signature through the app, go to the Payer Information region on a ticket. If the region is collapsed, click on the Payer Information region to expand it. Once it is expanded, click the Sign Now button. A signature window will pop up, allowing the customer to sign with their finger. Click on Done to save the signature, then save the entire ticket by tapping the three vertical dots in the top right corner and selecting Save.
