Omadi Mobile: Re-Sync Form Settings

To re-sync form settings in the Omadi Mobile app:

1. First, make sure you are logged in to the app.
   
2. Open the main menu.  (You can get there by tapping the three white lines at the top-left corner of the app.)
   
3. Tap Settings (toward the bottom of the list).
   
4. Tap Re-sync Form Settings.
