Installs & Access - Omni GBA Email
Introduction
Omni mail is Omni's email service. This is where you will receive all Omni communications including your Project credentials.
Before you can access Omni GBA Email, you must have Microsoft Authenticator (MFA) installed and set up on your mobile device.
If you have set up MFA on your mobile device and logged into Microsoft365 (previously Office.com), please proceed to step #1 below.If you have not set up MFA on your mobile device and logged into Microsoft365 (previously Office.com), click on the Omnipedia article below and follow the instructions to download and install MFA. Then come back to this Omnipedia article and follow the steps to access your Omni Email.
Accessing Omni Email
To sign into your Microsoft365 Omni account, use your Omni Single Sign On Credentials firstname.lastname.#####@omnigba.com (ex. jane.doe.56478@omnigba.com)
When looking for the Omni mail App, you may see it before Step 7. If you do, scroll to Step 7 and follow the steps from there.
**Make sure to check your Omni GBA Email daily and respond as requested. This includes checking Junk mail folders.
