Help! I can't login.

While OnSong does implement an account system for OnSong Premium subscribers, it is not required to use most features of OnSong.  It is more likely that you are using a third-party service. OnSong cannot provide information for these services as they are controlled by other companies. Here are instructions you can use for accessing the services that you may encounter.

Apple ID:
If you need help with your Apple ID used for downloading apps or making in-app purchases, you can retrieve your password using: http://iforgot.apple.com/

If you have an OnSong account with your purchase of OnSong Premium, you can reset your password:

Trying to transfer your library to another device?
You might also be looking for a way to retrieve your song database from one iPad to another.
