How can I get my iRig Blueboard to work with OnSong?

The iRig Blueboard is a MIDI device and can only be used in OnSong using a feature called MIDI Triggers.  You can then press a foot pedal on the iRig Blueboard and map that MIDI input to perform actions such as scroll through your song and set.  Because of how the iRig Blueboard functions, it could be a problem with connecting the Blueboard to your device, pairing, etc.

First, if the iRig Blueboard was configured to use Bluetooth MIDI, you might just need reconnect the Blueboard.  Bluetooth MIDI devices are designed to unpair once power to the device is lost.  This is by design according to Apple to simplify the pairing process.  You can reconnect to the iRig again by going into the Utilities Menu in the Menubar by tapping on the gear icon in OnSong and choose Tools and then Bluetooth MIDI and reconnect to the device.

If you don't have the iRig Blueboard in Bluetooth MIDI mode, you will need to run the iRig Blueboard app to act as a proxy between the pedal and other apps.  You can learn more about the iRig Blueboard and setting up the device in our iRig Blueboard Tutorial.
