How can I send a set to my team as a single file?

OnSong has many options for you to share your songs and sets with your team.  First, make sure the you have the right to distribute the content in OnSong with your bandmates. Next, select the set from the Sets tab in the Songs Menu.  When you have a set selected hear, OnSong will automatically send output all the songs in the selected set when you share them.  Open the Share Menu by tapping on the square with an up arrow in the Menubar and then choose a method from the available list such Export, Email, or Open.

No matter which method you use, a similar screen appears featuring a list of File Formats. Before we go there, tap no the wrench icon in the lower right corner of the screen open the Output Options Menu. Here you can checkmark the As a single file option.  Next, if your team is using OnSong, choose the OnSong Archive file format.  This can be imported into OnSong to create the set along with all the songs just the way they appear on your device. Of course, each of these screens behaves slightly different, so be sure to learn about each.

Once your bandmate receives the file, they can open it to import the set into OnSong!
