Is there a way to set a footer to individual songs?

Yes. This can be done by placing a footer tag in the metadata. In OnSong > Select a song > Editor (pencil icon) > It will want to look something like this...

Title: Example
Artist: Me
Key: C
{Footer: Type what you'd like}
