Why are icons small or missing in portrait orientation?

Why are icons small or missing in portrait orientation?

There is a known issue that can occur when the app is launched in landscape orientation and then transitioned into portrait orientation. This issue has already been resolved by our development team.

In the meantime, you can work around this issue by shutting down OnSong and launching the app in portrait mode.  To do this, swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen until the running apps appear in a grid or stack.  Locate OnSong and then flick up on the screen to close down the app.  When you're done, switch into the portrait orientation and launch OnSong.  The icons will now retain their proper size.

You can also join our beta team to download and install the latest build of OnSong.  This will appear as a separate app, but corrects any known issues as we are made aware of them.  It allows you to receive these corrections and features before the new update launches on the App Store.
