Why are my backing tracks skipping, crackling, or ending abruptly?

Some users report issues with audio playback after updating to a new version of iOS in various audio apps. Since OnSong uses the built-in iOS methods of playing back audio from files or using the Music app, the issue is likely caused by an iOS update, or a faulty update of iOS or OnSong.

Make sure that you update to the latest version of iOS available as Apple frequently fixes known issues like this. You will also want to make sure you update to the latest version of OnSong. If you are still experiencing problems after updating, please let us know so we can try to replicate the issue and report this to Apple or OnSong development teams.
