What version of iPad do you recommend for using OnSong?

OnSong currently works with any iOS device that can run iOS 9 and higher.  Because of this, current versions of OnSong no longer supports the original iPad 1 which is locked at iOS 5.1.  While OnSong can run on older hardware, we recommend purchasing a newer iPad to attain the longest duration of support from Apple and OnSong. If you are purchasing a new iPad, we recommend an iPad Air or higher. However, the latest generation of non-pro iPads have 10x the performance of older iPads for around $300 USD.
