Issue a Refund for a Rental

If a customer is due a refund on items rented:

1. Return the rental.

2. Review the rental reservation from Rentals > Rental History (click rental number or View link) or from the customer's rental history tab.

3. Enter the amount to be refunded in the provided field on the reservation form, then click REFUND to proceed to Point of Sale.
