Reprint a Learning Agreement

Learning agreements print with the transaction receipt when a student purchases a course. They contain all the details of the course along with the terms.

If you need to print a learning agreement, there are two ways to do so:

  1. Bring up the customer in Point of Sale.
  2. Click the Courses icon under their customer information display. There contact information will be replaced by their course reservation.
  3. Click the printer icon to reprint the learning agreement.

Or:

  1. Review the purchase invoice. You can do this by clicking the invoice number from their customer history or the Manage Invoice page (POS > Manage Invoices).
  2. Each course line will have a printer icon next to it; click this to reprint the learning agreement.
