Adding/Editing Shifts

Navigate to the Shifts module from the Human Resources menu. (HR> Employee Data > Shifts)

To return to the previous page, click the Back button. To print the module, click the Print button.




  1. To add a new shift, click on the Add New Shift button in the blue module bar.
  2. To edit an existing shift, click on the edit pencil next to the shift you wish to edit.
  3. A new Edit Shift Data window will pop up.




  1. Enter the shift name.
  2. Enter the time that the shift begins.
  3. Enter the time that the shift ends.
  4. Select the Department that the shift is associated to from the drop down list by clicking the Add button.
  5. To edit the department information, click the  edit pencil icon next to the department that you wish to edit.
  6. You can edit the wage associated to that shift and department.
  • Click the Save button, the Shift will be added and the Edit Shift Data window will close.
  • To cancel any of the current changes you have made, click the Cancel button. This will close the Edit Shift Data window without saving any changes.
  • To delete the Shift, click the Delete button. This will prompt you to make sure you want to delete this item. Clicking yes will delete the Shift and close the Edit Shift Data window.
  • To print the current Shift Data window, click the Print button.
