To manage process rights, choose a process from the drop-down menu and click the  edit icon next to the drop-down list.

1. The Manage Process Permissions window will pop up.
   
2. To add the selected users or groups to the selected list, click on the  right arrow icon.
   
3. To add all the user or groups on the available list to the selected list, click on the double right arrow icon.
   
4. To remove a user or group, or multiple user or groups, from the selected list, select the user or groups you wish to move and click on the  left arrow icon.
   
5. To remove all the user or groups from the selected list and put them back on the available list, click the double left arrow icon.
   

• To save the process permissions, click the   Save button.
  
• To cancel any of the current changes you have made, click the Cancel button. This will close the Manage Process Permissions window without saving any changes.
  
• To print the current Manage Process Permissions window, click the  Print button.
