Chat Blast Types


  1. “Everyone in my Loop” – The Chat Blast is sent to all your businesses subscribing Loop members.
  2. “People visiting my business” – The Chat Blast is sent to your businesses subscribing Loop members when they come within 500 yards of your business location. Manage your business location from Settings>Business Profile.
  3. “People from a demographic” – The Chat Blast is sent to your businesses subscribing Loop members who match a selected criterion. Current criteria incudes mobile operating system type, and OV Loop join recency.
  4. ​“Specific people in my loop” – The Chat Blast is sent to the businesses subscribing Loop members of your choosing. After selecting this option, select the members from a drop-down list of members, using name sort.
