The OV Pro uses Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) which electronically helps to cancel noise to the ear through the ear bud however the better the fit in the ear the less noise that will penetrate around the ear bud the better.

The OV Exec uses Passive noise cancellation. For best noise cancellation the better the fit in the ear the more noise will be let though. For best results, use the comply foam ear tips which create a better seal.
