Reset your Password

In the event that a password is forgotten or requires a reset.

  • Open the OV Loop App
  • From the Login Page, select Forgot Your Password
  • Input your email address
  • You will receive an email in your inbox
  • Choose the option to open your email app
  • From the email, click the link, this will take you back to the OV Loop App
  • Input a new password
  • ​Once password change is complete, you will be prompted to log in again

 

If the email was not received, choose send again.
