UPS and USPS offer several services based on time in transit weight and box size restrictions for each and we feel the combination of these services offer the best compromise to cost and speed in the industry.
UPS:
Ground - 2nd Day - Next Day Air
USPS:
First Class
UPS will be the most widely used option on almost every package that we ship due to their reliability and on time deliveries. We ship Monday - Friday with a 2pm guaranteed cutoff time to ship the same day. For air packages they are reserved for small items generally less then 5lb and if it does not qualify due to weight or size than the shipping option is removed. UPS does now offer a 2nd and Next Day money back guarantee, CLICK HERE for more details
USPS is reserved for small packages under 1lb. and used in the event where there is time to wait on the package in case of delays. If this is a time sensitive package do not choose this service, there is not a guaranteed time in transit as it range from 1-4 days and even longer during the holidays.
