Return Policy and Directions
In the event that you want to return an item that you do not want or need, please
click here to submit a ticket and we will issue you a RMA number, make sure you put Returns in the subject box. Once you receive the RMA number, box the part back up with the original invoice and once we receive it we will contact you for either an exchange or have the returned amount put back on the original card used for payment.
In the event that the return is our mistake, we will email you a return label for the box, and contact you when we receive it back to issue a credit.
The easiest and quickest way to receive a credit back for a return is to have us issue you a Promo Code for the cost of the return that can be instantly used on your next purchase without having to wait for the bank or credit card company to issue you a refund.
No returns will be accepted after 14 calendar days, any and all special orders are not returnable. Shipping is non refundable and all returns for a credit back to the original payment method will incur a 5% charge for processing fees
