Exporting a portfolio list from a CZ electronic collection

Exporting a portfolio list from a CZ electronic collection

To export a portfolio list from a CZ electronic collection, follow these steps:

  1. Perform an Electronic collection > Electronic Collection name search for <electronic collection name> in the Community Zone.
  2. Find it in the results list, and click the "Portfolio List" button.
  3. Alma will load the Portfolio List.
  4. Find the export button at the top of the list, and click it.
  5. Choose one of the report options, and click it. I recommend the "Excel (current view)."
  6. Keep in mind that for large collections, you might need to wait several minutes for the download to complete. (around half an hour or more for really large collections)
  7. If your browser asks you whether you want to open or save the file, choose to save it.
  8. Once the download completes, open the file.
