How to Share Alma Analytics Reports

You have options here:

1 - You can save a report to your institutional folder in Analytics: Shared Folders/XYZ College/

2 - You can save a report to our MnPALS shared folder: Shared Folders/Community/Reports/Consortia/MNPALS/
  1. To share a draft report with another institution, please use the Work in Process folder.
  2. To share a finished report with everyone, use the functional folders such as Resource Sharing or Fulfillment. Please explain the purpose in the description and add your name and the date.
3 - You can schedule and subscribe to Alma Analytics reports:
  1. Documentation for the old interface
  2. Documentation for the new interface
