Using Tags

Tags are one way to group your products

Create a Tag

There are two ways to create a tag and apply it or many tags to your products.

Within the PDM platform

  1. Select the product(s) you want to tag from the catalog.
  2. Click on Tag above the catalog.
  3. Type the name of the new tag.
  4. Click on the Tag name that shows up in the list ( this will automatically create the new tag and add it to the product/products you selected ).

  5. You can see the Tag applied to your products. You can add multiple tags to a product

You can also apply an existing tag from the list to your product(s).

Via an import

      1. Export the selected Items from the Actions Dropdown.
      2. Open the exported file.
      3. Add tags to the "Tags" column and Save the file

You can add multiple tags by placing a semicolon ";" between each tag.
