Archive Settings

Archive Settings

The Archive Settings menu is where you can manage different settings relating to the archive you are currently working in. You can manage the tags used in your archive, and decide whether you want your files to be downloadable from your public archive. Managers and Owners can access the Archive Settings menu.

To navigate to the Archive Settings menu, click the arrow below your archive name on the left side of the screen, then click Archive Settings.

Here, you will find different pages for each setting that you can edit.

You must have the correct permissions in order to change the settings on an archive. You can learn more about roles and permissions for archive settings here.

You can manage the following settings in the Archive Settings menu:
  1. Manage Tags: search, edit, and delete tags within your current archive (learn more)
  2. Public Gallery: show a download button that allows viewers of your published items to download a copy of the source file to their device (download button is shown by default)

We are working on adding additional settings in the Archive Settings menu to give you greater control over managing your archive. Be on the lookout for additional settings, and please let us know if there is something you would like to see in the Archive Settings menu.
